This Friday, Stan Slaughter will be speaking to us about composting and living a greener life. Compost has become a hot topic these days for many good reasons. Stan is dedicated to helping you learn about and teach composting successfully. Compost is at the center of a web of issues - from sustainability and climate change, to organic food, gardening, and even water-saving compost toilets.
Stan received a personal letter from Prince Charles inviting him to speak on April 15 at his organic gardening celebration at The Royal Gardens at Highgrove in Gloucestershire UK, which is to raise money for The Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation, a grant-making charity which supports a wide range of projects and causes around the world. Stan will be sharing with us the presentation he will be making to Prince Charles.
