This Friday our speaker will be Harley Herd, Nutritional Health Coach with Natural Grocers.  He will be speaking to us about Brain Health.

Harley graduated from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He then went on to achieve his Master of Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. He went on to complete his Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification through the American Council on Exercise. He has worked for over a year as a certified personal trainer; giving exercise, lifestyle and nutrition advice to his clients. While his athletic career did not continue after high school, he has been an avid gym-goer ever since and values exercise and nutrition as tools for a happier and healthier life. In his free time Harley likes to spend time with his wife and family, doing things like Geocaching and playing disc golf.
