Our speaker this Friday is Sean Casserley, the County Librarian for the Johnson County Library. Sean has worked in the library technology field for 18 years starting as a Network Specialist and became the County Librarian for the Johnson County Library in May of 2012. Sean will be sharing with us information about new and exciting changes to the Johnson County Library system including the relocation of the Lackman Library to the new Lenexa City Center.

Summary of Last Week's Meeting:
Last week we had a Club Assembly where we talked about the Member Survey. President Amy talked about the need to increase our membership. Matt Janes spoke about his idea for a membership drive which involves working with area restaurants by putting a "fish bowl" at their restaurant during lunch on Fridays -- hoping to reach people who are eating lunch out on Fridays. Additionally, JC Burcham spoke about ShrimpFest.
Food service line opens at 11:45 a.m. For those who have business pressure they can arrive at 11:40 a.m. starting with salad, eat at 11:45 a.m. and be gone by 11:50 a.m. and still record for attendance. As you leave, be sure to check with the Secretary to ensure your attendance is recorded.
