Last week Steve Nettles and Lenet Compton participated in the dedication ceremony for Rended Heart Integration Training Center and Boutique. They represented our Club as these programs are part of a global grant the Lenexa Rotary Club has sponsored.Pictures are some of the staff and clients of the training center along with Denise Lester, Rended Heart CEO, PDG Faron Barr, District 5710 Anti Human Trafficking Chair Patti Mellard and CAAHT President, Usha Reddi. The clients are a very positive bunch and thankful to Rotary for the opportunity to make a new life for themselves standing on their own two feet. Steve and Lenet encourages our club to get the word out about the boutique, Chosen, to shop for yourself (ladies clothes only) or buy for a special female in your life.
