This week, President Christopher sent an email to everyone about the role of the Secretary. We are in dire need of someone to take over the responsibility of Club Secretary.
Bill McCollum has put together a document outlining potential changes to the role of Club Secretary. Since there has been no volunteer for the new position, we have to consider alternatives, and this is a great starting place for discussion.
If you do not show up, there is a higher than ordinary chance you will get assigned tasks, so please show up or let me know why you cannot.
