A brief update on the progress of the Rended Heart human trafficking Reintegration global grant project boutique and training center. The boutique can use women's plus size clothing. Rotarians are needed to volunteer on-site a few hours a day to oversee the training center and help the ladies log on to computers, zoom meetings, webinars and such. If any of you can assist or spread the word to other Rotarians that would be great.

Chosen Boutique
Two survivors are currently working at the boutique and gaining transferable business skills.  Boutique sales benefit survivors and support reintegration efforts. Word of mouth and relationships are key to this marketing strategy so spread the word.

The Ready Training Center
- Typically 2-7 ladies are in the training center learning everyday.  Two ladies are working on their GED, at least four are taking coursework related to mental health offered from the community library and six ladies are taking courses offered by UMKC. One survivor has received employment at a chiropractor's office.
