President Steve received an email from Lakeview catering with some concerns regarding our Friday lunches.
- Please remind the members to NOT enter the kitchen. The kitchen is an employee only area - there are wet floors, a lot of people working and moving quickly and is a liability if non-employees enter.
- Members should NOT remove the chafing lids as they are hot and they could burn themselves. When all the food is out, the staff will remove the chafing lids to let you know the buffet is open.
- Some members have requested soda with their lunch. Soda is NOT included in the price of our meal.
