We are ordering new badges. The cost is about $13, but we are asking the members to pay $10. Please give your money to Treasurer, Pat Thomas. If writing a check, make it out to Lenexa Rotary Club.
We need to know the following information. Please reply to Moe Cougher and provide:
- “Badge Name” - This is first name or nickname by which you prefer to be called
- Full Name – First and last name the way you want it to appear on the badge
- If you are a Past President or District Governor, indicate the Rotary year that you served in this office; i.e., 2010 – 2011
- “Classification” - The work industry that you serve or served’; i.e.” Banking”, “Information Technology”, “Accounting”, “Retail”, “Insurance”, etc.. Add “Retired” if you wish. Do not use titles like “Vice President”, “Owner”, “CEO”, etc
Please get this information to Moe Cougher by September 19. If we have not received your form, we will order the new badge with the same information from your old badge, without change.
