District Conference was last Friday and Saturday at the new Cyrus Hotel in downtown Topeka. DG Blanche Parks and her conference team did a WONDERFUL job! The Wizard of Oz movie was released in 1939 -- 80 years ago -- therefore the theme of District Conference was based on the Wizard of Oz.
